Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain what We expect from everyone who uses TarotReadings.com. They work together with Our Terms and Conditions, User Agreement, and other policies. By using the Site, You agree to follow these Guidelines. If anything here conflicts with Our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.

1. Be respectful.
   1. Treat other members and Our staff with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, and hate speech — including content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability — are not allowed.
2. Keep it legal.
   1. Do not use the Site for anything illegal. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Site: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or anything involving minors; human trafficking; prostitution or escort services; any sexual, obscene, or non-consensual content; violence, gore, or cruelty; hate or discrimination; and the sale of drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods. 3. Be authentic.
   1. Be yourself. Do not impersonate other people, and do not post content created with AI or other technology that misleads others about what is shown (including “deep fakes”).
4. Only post content You own and have the right to share.
   1. Only upload photos and videos that You created or that You have the rights to use and sell. Do not post anyone else’s content without permission.
   2. Everyone shown in a photo or video You upload must be an adult (18+) and must have agreed to appear in it and to have it shared or sold. See Our Age Verification & KYC Policy.
5. Keep readings honest and professional.
   1. Our Site is for entertainment. Be honest in how You describe Your services, and treat every interaction professionally and respectfully.
   2. Photos and videos You upload are reviewed before they are published. Keep all content appropriate for a general audience. See Our Content Moderation Policy.
6. Keep contact on the Site.
   1. Communicate through the Site’s features. This Site is not a way to arrange in-person meetings, and sharing personal contact information or soliciting members to other websites or services is not allowed.
7. Respect privacy.
   1. Do not share other people’s private or personal information without their consent. Protect Your own information too — if You choose to share personal details, You do so at Your own risk.
8. Report problems.
   1. If You see content or behavior that breaks these Guidelines or the law, report it to Us at support@tarotreadings.com. We review reports promptly and prioritize anything that may involve a minor, non-consensual activity, or other serious harm.
9. How We enforce these Guidelines.
   1. We may remove content and warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines, Our Terms and Conditions, or the law. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement. See Our Content Moderation Policy for how content decisions are made and reviewed.
